‘Death by front squat’

With a running clock, the first minute you do one rep, the second minute you do two, third minute you do 3, and so on until you cannot complete the required reps within the current minute.

  2. 12 Rounds + 10 Reps @ 95lbs

    I think I could have gotten to 13, but that’s easier to say now than it was to say at that 10th rep in the 12th round.

    Good stuff today!

  4. I love this workout……Pause…….NOTTTT!!!! Completed 16 rounds at 95LBS and got to 13 on round 17 clock just wouldn’t slow down lol…. O well I’m coming for it next time
