I’m suggesting the following that was posted on main site.

10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups


  1. This was a pretty fun workout today… Congrats to the 4 people for coming in on sunday and making it fun my score was 277 my legs are still dead from death by front squat so the five mins of squats were hell great job guys.and gals

  2. Oops. Didn’t see this one until I did my own at home. Were you open today, Mike? I should of popped in!!

    Push Press: 3×5 @ 95lbs
    Push Jerk: 3×5 @ 95lbs

    Shoulders should be nice ‘n ready for tomorrow!
