It’s nice and mild outside today, so we run.

4 Rounds

  • 500 m Run. (around the block)
  • 20 Kettlebell Swingss
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Floor Wipers

  1. I am almost as sore today as I was in my first week- Must be all of the Deadlifts and Trusters in the past 2 days. Today is a rest day for me.
