    100 35lb KB Swings

    Time – 8:35

    12pm:
    100 Burpees
    Time – 8:56

  3. Russell nice time on the 100 burpees.

    I slipped a bit at the end on the hspu’s and ended up with a big silly red dot on my forehead on this WOD. Thank you Crossfit Saint John!!

    We figured it out my score to be 13 + 2 hspu’s as prescribed.

    Alss…nice job newbies!
