    KBS = 50lbs
    SDHP = 45lb KB
    Pushpress = bar

    Snatch practice afterwards…..fun movement! Maxed out at a whopping 75lbs!

    SDHP – 55
    Pushpress = 55lbs first round – 45lbs second round

    Amy made us do two rounds. You guys got off easy at Lunch time.
