There are only 2 spots left for Thursday night!

Team day.

We will put names in a hat, and pair people up.

It’s like this.

5 minutes for max reps of each:

  • Overhead Squats (75/45)
  • Wall Balls (yes, outside) (20/14)
  • Pull Ups
  • Burpees
  • Deadlifts (155/115)

Score is total number of reps for each section and the entire workout.

Notes: In teams of 2 complete as many reps as possible in each 5 minute section. Both team members can work at the same time except for the overhead squat.

Ryan has good flexibility in his shoulders for the kip….

 But has not been looking after his hands….

    Wasn’t sure how the torn-up hands would fare, but the homemade tape straps worked beautifully!

    Heather & I: 549 reps (me @ 237, Heather @ 312)….that score put is mid-pack…..sorry for slackin’! 😉

    We started with the Burpees and went through the cycle from there.

    53 Burpees
    50 Deadlifts (155)
    51 Overhead Squats….I just love these (75)
    41 Wall Balls….very, very hard @ 20 lbs
    42 Pullups

  5. Amy = 339 (she stopped after 20 deads, bad back)

    Me = 403 (Deads=111, ohs=73, wallball=80, pullups=63, burpees=76)

    Total= 742 (we started at deadlifts)

  7. Did 273.. gassed out hard at the deadlifts at the end and only managed 32 @ 155, but I was pretty happy with the other exercises.. can’t remember exactly the break down.
