Each minute reps increase and must be completed prior to that minute ending.

1st min, 1 rep; 2nd min, 2 reps

Men 95lbs

women 65 lbs


  1. Ugh. Pressing, how I loathe thee.

    Made it to 10 rounds + 7 reps = 62 @ 95lbs

    Continued on for a while with 75lbs and then an empty bar until my shoulders were shot.

    Nice work today everyone!
