For time:

 5 rounds
10x Push-ups
20x Barbell or  One arm KB snatch, 10x per arm
30x Sit-ups
40x Med Ball cleans

  1. did my own version of this wod at home…

    5 rounds

    -10 pushups
    -20 weighted vest strict shoulder presses (40 lbs, 10 each arm)
    -30 unanchored situps
    -40 squats

    Time= 18:00

    the vest presses were actually really difficult, the most i did was 5 unbroken
    really awkard

  3. Wow. I don’t even know what to say about this WOD…by far the longest one I’ve ever done. I initially was thinking 25-ish minutes, but I almost doubled that with 48-something (seconds don’t really matter once you get that high).

    Snatches: 65lbs
    Med Ball Cleans: 16lbs
