  3. Couldn’t make it in today – in Sussex for work.

    WOD @ Home: Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    Warmup: 10x52lbs, 8×52, 5×135, 3×165, 2×195
    WOD: 225, 235, 245, 255, 265, 275, 285(fail), 285(fail)

    Gonna miss tomorrow at noon too – in Fredericton – but I’ll be there for Oly night!

  4. Did this one at Nubody’s. Mike is not going to be happy but just could not make it to the Crossfit gym 🙂

    My time would have been better if I would have been push more. Did the first 13 in one minute.

  5. Did Grace on 10th instead of 9th.
    Was nervous and had butterflies all day thinking about it, but I managed to kill my previous time.

    Everyone did great with this one.

    Amy did it on the 10th as well, and increased her weight to 75 and did it in 1:59
