Change of plans….

Death by Pull Ups!

With a running clock, the reps increase until they can not be completed within the given minute.

  1. 11 Rounds + 10 reps on the Rings. Next time I’m wrestling someone for a bar….preferably not against someone stronger or better at wrestling than I am. 🙂

    Went for some max effort C&Js afterwards:
    135lbs – check
    145lbs – check
    155lbs – failed bad
    155lbs – failed slightly better
    155lbs – fail…almost got it
    155lbs – epic fail….couldn’t even clean it

  6. I was happy to get 8 rounds on the 3 band. First time using the three band alone (and I thought I really could not do it). 9 was epic fail (could not get over the bar for second in 9) but in the 10th minute I added a 1 band and managed my 9 to prove I had it in me. Next time 9 and 10 for sure

  11. Did front squats with Ryan, got 11 + 10. Was a little disappointed but my legs are jelly so it’s all good. Did a couple more sets off the clock to make myself feel a little better next to Ryan who was a damn monster on this one.
