I have something in mind for a warm up….teamwork style

FOR TIME:

  • 60 Push Ups
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 40 Squats
  • 30 Dips
  • 20 Box/Tire Jumps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 Lap Around The Block

Time Stops Once You Enter The Door

    Box jumps: On the box
    Pushups on my knees but with my arms in close.

    Time: 11:04

    Oh and the team tire flips around the block for a warmup was fun too.

  4. 15 Dips on Rings/15 on Box, feet elevated on another box
    24″ box

    16:07…..yikes

    The last 20 pushups and the first 15 dips were just brutal. Ah, well.

    Tried some single box jumps afterwards:
    28″, 32″, 36″, 40″, 44″, & 48″ all with no problems
    1st 52″ Attempt = FAIL – maybe Amy & Mike will post the video 😉
    On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th attempts, got a little closer, but didn’t get it

    After a 48″ for confidence, nailed a 50″ 🙂
