5 rounds for time

  • 10 Reps 225 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double Unders

  1. I did this workout yesterday morning with 275, the double unders took me the most time because I could only string 2 together at best.

    Did this one this morning in 11:30:

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
    Chest-to-bar pull-up
    Box jump, 30 inch box
    GHD sit-up (Used a bench with my my feet locked on a squat rack, each rep consisted of me leaning back until my hands touched the floor behind my head and returning to touch my toes…)

    Deadlifts were 135lb
    and I subbed the 50 double unders for 150 normal skips

  5. Another great workout. Did this one with my new Crossfit t-shirt so was full of confidence 🙂

    Time: 15:20
    Deadlift Weight: 225 lbs
    Double Unders: 1/3 double unders 2/3 regular skips (3 skip = 1 double under). Looking to be doing only Double Unders by summer.

    Wasn’t really worried about time today, just wanted to get the double unders going. Really pumped that I was able to string 8 or 9 together.

    Another upping in weight for me tonight!
    Used 115 lbs for the deadlifts. I skipped 150 singles per round. I would have taken me forever to get double unders!
