5 Rounds

  • 20 KB swings (heavy)
  • 15 Push Ups (difficulty set on high)
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • 5 Pistols (each leg)
  • 50 step Farmer’s Walk holding plates in hand

 

Hey Steph, what’s the bucket for?? lol.  You did a great job fighting through that one…. then what happened??? 🙂 

One more round???? Not so much!

    5pm reserved for Fundamentals

    50lb Kettlebell
    Pushups on Rings & 20″ Box
    75lbs SDHP
    Unassisted Pistols
    45lb-plates for first 141 steps / 35lb plates for remaining 109 steps

  9. 70 lb kb swings
    pushups ( rings for the first 4 sets and then normal for the last)
    95lb SDHP
    Band assisted pistols
    45 lb plate farmers walk ( all 250 steps)
    time – 25 min

  10. Great workout today. Did 50 lbs kb swings, all 5 sets on the rings, 95 lbs sdhp, 3 sets of pistols unassisted and 2 with the support, 35 lbs plates because my tiny hands can’t grip the 45 plates haha. Time was 17:13. Felt really good about this one.

    5 Rounds

    •20 KB swings 35 lb (its the only one i have)
    •15 Push Ups
    •10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (with the 35 lb KB)
    •5 Pistols (I suck at these…I didn’t do very well)
    •Skipped 150 singles per round.

    26:15 for time.
