  • 100 Jump Rope Singles
  • 34 Squats
  • 34 Reverse Lunges
  • 34 Push Ups
  • 34 Box Jump Overs (Men Jump over 20″ box, ladies jump on it)
  • 34 Push Press (95 / 65)
  • 34 Burpees
  • 34 Dips
  • 100 Flutter Kicks (Lay on back, feet off floor, flutter kick)

    I also came very close to getting my first Kipping Pull-up today!

  10. It’s a good thing I like a challenge! 🙂

    This was a highly frustrating workout for some reason.

    Time: 24:46

    After banging out 12 double unders in a row just prior to start-up, I could only string together 1’s, 2’s and 3’s for my 50. Some people were already into Pushups by the time I got finished the double unders. Then I got all confused and did Box Jumps before the Pushups…..well, 20 of them before I realized what I did so I stopped and did the Pushups and then the remaining 14 Box Jumps to try and buy some time before I put my chest/triceps through the Push Press-Burpee-Dips meat grinder.

    Mike & Jon jumped over the tire….wow….that’s awesome!

    Nice job Karlene! You’re going to feel like a million bucks when you get it!!

    Oh, and happy belated b-day Mike!!!
