    Did some Snatch work afterwards working on positions and then tried a few singles: 75, 95, 105 (PR), 115 (PR).

  4. i never note my times exactly but i know i was under 15 minutes which is a great improvement on my running alone. did the 95 lbs as Rx

  5. Did 936 or 946 can’t remember, either way I’m pretty happy with sub 10 since squat clean are easily my least favourite exercise haha.

  7. I ran 8 km last night and did 30 weighted front squats (45 lbs)
