Time for a Tabata….

20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of each exercise. Your lowest amount of reps in any of the 8 rounds of each exercise is your score for that movement. So keep it high.

  • Pull Ups
  • Floor Wipers
  • Lizard Walks
  • Squats
