We are only going to be hosting two sessions today.

12 – 1, and 5-6pm

Today’s WOD:

Max rounds
Perform every minute on the minute, add 10lbs per round until failure
2x Front squat (Starting weight 9565)

If anyone has wondered if CrossFit Saint John works…here’s proof.

Parris Kincade, in 8 weeks, has lost more than 30 lbs with our program and nutritional guidance of Simply For Life

Before                                                                             After

Believe it or not, that sweater actually fit him a few months back. Great job Parris…and the rest of the K100 crew!

  1. Parris, Seeing these before and after pics just completely blow me away! You’ve done such a great job!!!

  2. Make it 6pm! Haha I’m at work til then!lol

  3. Congratulations Parris!!!

I was just telling Mike on the weekend about the time we all went to Fundy Gymnastics and you showed up. I had no idea who you were, and I’m usually very good with names & faces. I didn’t recognize you at all!

Keep up the good work – you’re an example to everyone!

  5. Over 40lbs Mike.
    See you at 5:00pm.

  6. Over 40lbs Mike.
    See you at 5:00pm.

  7. I am sure glad that Parris is on my team 🙂 Look at how good that cake looks ~ YUMMY!!!!!!

  8. Starting Weight: 95lbs
    Ending Weight: 185lbs

So….I completed 185lbs in the 9th round and attempted, but couldn’t get the 195lbs up….did better than I thought I would. I thought the time constraint would keep progress down to around 155/165lbs. Surprised = me! 🙂

Since we had to clean the weight up for the Front Squat, 185lbs is a PR! Woo hoo!

Attempted some Clean & Jerks afterwards for fun….got up to 165lbs (PR!). Woo hoo, again!

  9. Great Job Greg! I guess all those Cleans helped you out on Saturday! 🙂
