Tabata Core

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest

  • 8 Rounds of Body Bridge
  • 8 Rounds of Hollow/Supermans
  • 8 Rounds of V Snaps
  • 8 Rounds of Med Ball Sit Ups

Scoring will be based on total reps completed.

    I know I don’t workout with you (yet) but I feel the need to mention that Tuesday was Michelle Siscoe’s Birthday, as I understand there is a special kind of torture for Birthday workouts.

  4. It’s ok. I like flipping tires. I am only 28 so it wouldn’t be too bad. But if I was old (34) like someone we know, that would be hard.

  5. Fun workout today. The “landed salmon” rountine (Hollow/Supermans) on the floor was interesting though. I think MJ took video which hopefully gets erased soon!

    Rumour has it FRAN’s visiting tomorrow? I’ve never met her but I hear she’s not very nice.
