4 Hand stand push ups
6 Sumo deadlift high pull (95/65)
8 Pull ups

    22:03… Khalipa did this in just over 6 minutes 😛

    No worries though as Amy is going to make me into a kipping DEMON! Right Amy? ;o)

  7. Stand at a VERY PLEASED 6 rounds.

    Amy got me strapped up in some contraption to do HSPU vertically. Was a little weird. Going to work on getting out of it.

    SDHP 95lbs.

    Pull-ups were unassisted until round 5 half way through and for round 6

  9. Did this one alongside Mike, we both managed to get 11 rounds plus 4 hspu’s. Great workout.

  11. by my count (which im almost certain was right but seems high) i was in rep 12 when time was called so 11 completed. Did tire HSPUs and only 65 for sumos but glad i went in only 2 days after the death match on saturday. Ripped both hands doing pull ups (i was getting my 8’s in quite fast for me) by friction around 14 minutes… slowed me down…. but i feel like i fit now 😉
