  • 20 Med Ball Floor Taps (Alternate sides while in upright situp position)

  3. I would like to send out a HUGE thank you to Mike, Amy and all of the other Crossfit friends I have made over the last 8-9 weeks. You all have no idea how much your positivity and encouragement have push me along and made me feel so welcome!
    I have been able to do things at the gym I had enevr thought possible and I believe it’s because of all of you.
    I will be seeing all of you again! Once my pesky pulled ab muscle heals and I can walk again from all of those squats…but I will be back!

    Again, saying just “Thank You” doesn’t really do how I feel, justice. The Gratitue I feel is emence!

  9. Like Karlene, I too want to express my sincere THANK YOU to Amy, Mike and the other CrossFit Family Members who have all made us feel so welcome. It has been amazing seeing how everyone has grown in strength and endurance over the past 9 weeks, which in turn has motivated me to push harder. I will remember this experience forever, and look forward to growing stronger each day!!

  10. I don’t know how to explain this WOD….it wasn’t brutally tough, but I didn’t go through it very quickly. *shrugs*

    Time: 15:07
    Kettlebells used: 35, 40, 50, 50, 50
    Med Balls used: 14, 14, 16, 20, 20

    Bench Press Strength Afterwards:
    warmup barx5, 75×5, 105×3, 125×2
    work 135×5, 145×5, 155×5, 165×5….I just realized this is my bodyweight 🙂

    Doing Tabata Core (thanks Scott) and a sprint with Amy around the block after the WOD makes me question my sanity though…

    My core is none to pleased with me right now! ;o)
