Filthy 50 on Friday!

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (Good mornings with 45 lb bar)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Second time I’ll be missing the Filthy due to an off day! Perhaps Saturday at home 😀

  5. Mike/Amy, I’ll need a note for my husband explaining that “Breathing” will be the extent of my activity for the remainder of the evening! lol

  6. Did this, this morning… 40 minutes, 5 off my last time.

  7. I did this 2 minutes slower than last time. If there was an emoticon to express a heightened state of rage then I would stick it in here but I don’t know how to do that on my keyboard. Instead I will proceed to punch another smoker in the face or run a red light in front of Jackson or something that tells people that my satisfaction with today’s performance reinforces the fact that I will die someday doing the filthy fifties; and I know it. That’s my situation…I have seen my own death and I can’t prevent it. It makes me throw childish little jump rope fits and medicine ball fits. See everyone Monday!

    • Jon, we need to know how you really feel.
      You forgot to mention that you used the 50 for the kb swings (more than prescribed) and you did all of your knees to elbows in strict form then followed that with 20 lb wall ball.
      If i looked back i’m certain i’d find some major increases un weight used …. i understand you and where you’re coming from…..but you’ve been killing everything and still did great on the filthy f@c%€£g wod!

      Use that energy and kill the next wod.

      Sidebar, i’ll hold the smoker for you and race you through the lights screaming it was yellow!

    My time was 5 minutes longer than last time @ much less wt on med ball and KB than u. cheer up over achiever!
