    450 total sit-ups and 450 walking lunges?

  3. This is good, I was thinking for the next week or so I’m not going to need my ass…or my abs.

    You forgot the 5 rounds of not walking at all for time, which would shortly follow the wod today.

  4. Yup Jon, I agree, we need to add 5 rounds of not walking to this workiut. I think we’ll just hit a point where our legs will go numb and we won’t be able to more them anymore.

  6. I can’t remember my time but I know it was long. This workout just seemed far to long.

  8. How was this ‘mini’? Took my 52 minutes to complete.

    This workout was strange, more endurance than anything I found. Sit-ups took forever to complete and used a kettlebell on my feet the whole time.

    Pleased I finished.
