  1. If I could think of the worst workout ever, for me at this point in my CrossFit “career”, JT would be it.

    405 reps of pressing.

    3 Rounds are the 21 – 15 – 9
    Only 135 reps of pressing

  3. HSPUs with feet raised to waist level.
    Ring dips for the 21 round, two boxes for the 15 & 9 rounds.
    Pushups as-is.

    Time: 17:23, if I remember correctly.

    Managed to pull my traps on the HSPUs somehow – should feel great tomorrow. On a more positive note, set a PR for Double-Unders @ 32.

    HSPU on the tire
    Dips with my feet up on the tire
    Incline pushups

  5. 11:54 rx’d. Never have I had a harder time doing pushups though haha, my triceps are going to hate me in the morning.
