3 Rounds for time

  • Run around the block
  • 15 Power Push Ups (strength and agility)
  • 25 Weighted Leg Raises (core strength)

    Push ups were pretty good until the last round but the leg raises were way harder than I anticipated

  3. ok, my wife would like to point out that a run around the block now that i’m home in antigonish is 78kms…..
