  7. Woody and I decided to do this one, then follow that with “Randy” from Tuesday. Great idea….not so much.

    Heather pulled in a time of 17:04 on this one…but if I had a bar for the vertically challenged, she would have shaved some time off 🙂

    I managed to get it done 14:31, the run is a bit rough on me.

    Then 15 mins later, we did Randy.
