Happy Monday everyone!

For time
Run 400m
40x Push press (65/45)
40x Squat jumps
40x Sumo deadlift high pull (65/45)
40x Push-ups
40x Thrusters (45)
40x Broad jumps
40x Hand to hand KB swings                                                                                                   

40x Star jumps
400x Jump rope singles

  5. $%#*! … what a workout to come back to. Think my time was around 33 minutes. I’m a shaky mess right now 😉

    5:30 Workout
    3 rounds for time:
    15 x 135lb Power Cleans
    15 x Burpee’s

    Time – 6:27

  6. Yeah, you said ‘er Russell. Sheesh…if I had have known this was the WOD today I would have taken an extra day for my neck 😉

    Who would have thought singles would be hard? My arms kept wanting to do Double-Unders so they took forever from all the screw-ups! I used the 25lb Kettlebell for the single-hand swings.

    On a more positive note, I nailed one of my 2010 CrossFit goals afterwards: 25 Kipping Pullups unbroken.

  7. This was long but it was also kinda fun (weird, I know). I did this in 33:26, using 45lbs and the 20lb KB (should have used 25 at least).

    I am looking forward to the next strength day.
