Team Deadlift Ladder

1 to 10 to 1 ladder, teams of two, bar may not be set down until all reps completed, rest bar across thighs if needed. If bar set down, you will be immediately required to do 5 burpee pull ups. So……

M – 135lbs

W – 95lbs

(example, #1 does 1 rep, then #2 does 1 rep, #1 does 2 reps, then #2 does 2 reps and so one until you go up to 10 and back down)
