  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Front Squats (95lbs/65lbs)
  • 30 Double Unders

  1. Cool pic!

    25:27 for this bad boy today.

    I thought the squats would destroy me in this WOD, but ended up doing 4 of the 5 rounds unbroken. Whoda thunk it?

    Double unders ranged from lots of 2-5 in a row to one round where it was 10 followed by 20.

    Burpees just suck.

    31 minutes

    I did a 3:1 ratio for double unders – I don’t have them yet.

  3. Took me almost 30 minutes of which I spent probably 20 trying to get more than 2 double unders in a row… and last round just did 90 singles! I am the worst skipper in the world!

    Did about 2/3 of my double unders and 1/3 singles

  5. Love squat days! Not as good as deads but still good.

    Skipping is still a challenge and I fully concur with Greg’s assertion of burpee’s…THEY SUCK!
