Today we AMRAP 20 min.

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 15 Burpees

  4. I don’t think Steve is pretending anymore. His results from yesterdays workout proves that his is actually working out now. 🙂

    Warmup: 45×5, 45×5, 95×5, 135×3, 175×2
    Work: 210×5

    WOD:
    7 Rounds + 5 Pullups/10 Double Unders/8 Burpees

  7. 7 Rounds + 5 Pullups/6 Double Unders

  8. 7 Rounds + 3 Pullups (single jumps) and 2 Extra Strength Tylenol.
    Pullups were on a lower band!!

  9. 7 rounds + 22 reps.

    BTW: Yves has lived his whole life knowing slacker Steve. He’s never known the new and improved “not as much of slacker now but still a slacker” Steve 🙂
