Heavy FIGHT GONE BAD!!!!!!

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) (20/14)

Sumo deadlift high-pull: 95/75 pounds (Reps)

Box Jump: 20/24/30″ box (Reps)

Push-press: 95/75 pounds (Reps)

Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

  1. Aargh, looks beautifully brutal!

  2. jealous?? Hurry up and heal that hand.

  3. 91 – 80 – 79 = 250

  4. 90 – 72 – 72 = 234 @ 20lb Wallball, 95lbs SDHP & PP, 24″ Box

I fell 7 reps short of my previous Fight Gone Bad score of 241, but considering this was a ‘heavy’ Fight Gone Bad, I’m taking this away as a giant victory!!

Great way to start the long weekend: spent!

  5. This felt hard today. I need to get in some rest this weekend.
