    I saw a lot of fight today once people got up into the 4th and 5th sets, and not at the expense of form – great job everyone!

  6. 3 x 135,155,175,190,205,210,220. Wasn’t sure where my max would be so I ended up doing a few extra sets, great workouts and holy crap at Russell getting 255!
