20 minute limit               

Run “400m”               
Max Rep pull-ups               
You run, then do as many pull-ups as you can in a row ( ie: fall off the bar) then run again, then max rep, etc.               
Your score is your total number of pull-ups

    Pull-ups are good. Running is great. Together? Holy crap!!

  3. Well, I did strict pull-ups with no elastic. I could only get 5 rounds in since my back is sort of bothering me right now.

    11-9-9-9-9 = 47

    I stopped with 2 minutes left on the clock. I should have gone for the last round.

  4. I’m so sorry Aimee….I miscalc’d and added 10 more than I should have. Apparently, me and basic math didn’t work out so well today. You and Russ tied with 66.

    Did this tonight with Liz and Jenn at 5pm:

    25-17-15-13-11 = 81….wanted to beat Cam so bad! 😀

    Hanging on by the fingertips for the last reps of the last two sets. Good thing I sanded down the hands last night….almost bled today.
