For Time 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

  • Roll Out to Plank (with a twist, explained upon arrival)
  • Mountain Climbers (left/right = 1 rep)
  • Push Press

    13:38 with 65lbs – I used 75lbs for the first round but it felt heavy today.
