  1. 34:35

Tough workout…..Harder than original Filthy 50’s

  2. 37:28 Just hard.

  3. 33:20 no burpees, no pullups, front squats instead of squat cleans, laying leg raises with ball (30x8lb, 5x6lb, 15 normal), walking lunges w bar on shoulders, tuck jumps instead of double unders, 35lb 1arm kettlebell swings.
Broken hand makes for extra typing.

  5. 24:54. Did leg raises with the med ball as an attmept to save my hands and it was rough, other than that a good but hard workout.

  6. 25:06 ahh! I didn’t think this one was going to end well. Did the med ball leg raises with ben (both regreted that decision immediately).

  8. You have any plans for Saturday’s workout? Came across this:

Hooverball: a medicine ball game. The game is played on a volleyball-type court of grass or sand and involves throwing a 6 lb. medicine ball over the net an 8ft. net. The game is scored like tennis. The ball is caught and then thrown back.

    Rules:

Thought we might be able to use the recently open volleyball courts on the boardwalk

    • We’ll take a look and yet it out in the future. We’re going to be away this weekend and willhave someone at gym to open it up.
