We work through Muscle Up progressions, and Double Under Work


Double Under RANDY

75 pound Power snatch, 75 reps for time.

But here’s the twist. Every minute on the minute, you stop where you are in the count and perform 10 Double Unders, then continue on chipping away at the 75 reps.
