20 mins. As Many Rounds As Possible

  • 1 Lap around block
  • 5 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings

    Seven rounds for time of:

    7 Handstand push-ups
    135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
    7 Knees to elbows
    245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
    7 Burpees
    7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
    7 Pull-ups

    Gord: DNF(Injured Wrist)

  2. 5 full rounds plus a run before time ran out. Finished the sixth regardless. Used a kettlebell press instead of hspu (35lbs). Used the same kettlebell for my 1 arm swing, but should have used heavier.
