Devil’s Playground

6 Rounds, 6 Movements, 6 Reps each for time.

  • Deadlift
  • Power Clean
  • Push Press
  • Clean and Jerk
  • Power Snatch
  • Overhead Squat

Now before you cry, this is what the plan is. Choose a weight that will be used consistently with each movement. It might be light for one movement but heavy for another so choose wisely. Each movement is to be performed with strict technique.

  3. USED 135lbs and I feel like I went to Hell, GOT HIT BY A BUS, LIFTED A CAR, IT WAS FUC&IN INSANE TIME 38:55

    Time: 38:10 @ 95lbs

    This weight was too high for me for the Power Snatch at this volume so time really suffered. Ah well, live ‘n learn!

  6. missed todays workout also! but did a workout at work
    21- 15- 9 with 250 lb deadlift, v snaps and 45 lb dumbell push press! along with that i started out biking 1 mile as fast as i could and then did the 21 round then bike and so on! it was surprisingly hard!
