  2. I agree with Greg, but I think I’m going to have to chalk another day up to recovery. I woke up yesterday unable to straighten my Right (good) arm – I think the 60 one-armed jumping pull ups from Monday are to blame. Will hopefully be back tomorrow.

  3. If anyone is curious about the technique for a Wall Ball Burpee…check the video I posted the other day. We’ll do it without the tight jeans and the violent thrusting….arms bend to the push up position on the ball…. I think those who joined us for the bowling have a great idea of how to do them…especially those on Amy’s team 🙂

    16lb ball + 20lb ball + 16lb ball for the three rounds.

  7. couldnt make it in today! but made up my own workout at work! haha
    did 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of double unders , decline pushups off the back of the firetruck and did a clean and pushpress sort of movement with a 50 lb can of foam lol
