  • 15 Back Extentions (Supermans)
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 5 Thrusters (115/85)

  1. 10:04 with 85lbs for the thrusters.

  2. 14:40ish. 10 front squats instead of thrusters, leg raises with 8lb ball instead of dips, 60 single understand instead of double.

    First 2 rounds of front squats @ 115lbs very broken, last round 2 @ 115, 8 @ 95.

  3. 10:04 for me too… but 115 thrusters are brutal….. full extension my ass
