Start of another week of hard but fun training.

  • 100 Jump Rope singles
  • 30 Squats
  • 30 Reverse Lunges
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 30 KB Swings (40lbs +)
  • 30 Wall Balls (heavier)
  • 30 Push Press (95/65)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Dips (Feet up or rings)
  • 100 Flutter Kicks

    For time:
    Row 500 meters
    Body weight Bench press(195lbs), 30 reps
    Row 1000 meters
    Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
    Row 2000 meters
    Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

    Russell 52:23
    Gord DNF

    100 Burpee’s and 1km Jog

    60lb Kettlebell, 20lb Wallball, 95lb Push Press, Dips on two boxes/feet up

    We did something similar to this on Mike’s B-day back on March 30th except all the 30s = 34s and instead of KBS + Wallballs, it was a Box Jump-over. Today was 440 reps while last time it was 438, so the times *can* be comparable. With that being said, a 4:24 improvement over last time.

    100 Jump Rope singles

    then 2 rounds:
    30 squats
    30 reverse lunges
    1 minute plank hold
    30 1 handed Kettle Bell Swings

    Finishing with 100 Flutter Kicks

    First round kbs done with 45, second round with 50. I can’t wait until my hand regains its usefulness.

    Came home from the gym and played with a jump rope for a bit – got my first, and several additional (non-consecutive) double unders.
