  • Row (count calories)
  • Power Push Ups
  • Skipping (singles, but doubles encouraged)
  • Pull Ups
  • V-Snaps

  1. This looks fun, but I think it’s time for a rest day. I’ll keep this one in mind in case a WOD shows up that needs more subbing than it’s worth (of course power push ups and pull ups are still off of my list).

  3. 466. Number is a little inflated though as I did kb swings instead of the rowing. Another hard workout, good job to everyone that was there!
