Strength – Squat Cleans 3 Sets to find 3 rep max (3×3)

Tabata Bottoms

8 rounds of each movement, 20 secs of work followed by 10 sec rest.

  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Squats
  • Hand Stand Push Ups

This one involves an active rest period. With Push Ups, you rest 3 inches above ground. With Sit Ups, you hold your shoulders 3 inches off floor. While Squatting, hold at bottom of squat. And Hand Stand Push Up, during rest, hold self up with arms extended.

  3. Not many comments lately, what’s going on? World cup fever or something. I think I got about 231 on this one. 205 x 3 on the cleans which is a personal best. previous 1 rep max a few months ago was actually 195.

    The pushups were all done on my knees – after almost 5 weeks of absolutely no upper body pushing I let a can’t slip – 10 burpees.

    Substituted pulling #2 bands (alternating arms) for the HSPU as they still put too much pressure on the wrong part of the hand.

  5. My abs took a beating with this one! total score was 333 reps, most of which came from the sit ups and squats. did the handstand push ups on box.
