  1. Very good workout. Be prepared mentally to get through this one. I would be very surprised if we would see any under 20 minutes.

    My time was around 29 minutes.

  2. I think that this has to be the hardest WOD I have done yet. I hit a wall and had to keep moving.

  3. Yeah that was one of the hardest just to keep moving. I wanted to just lay down at several points in the wod. I got 23 something and was gassed.

  4. Good job Michelle for sticking through it and finishing.

    Got mine in 28:52. My hands are ripped now. At work with tapped palms, feels odd but better than walking around with raw hands.

    I was completely out of it mentally during the workout; simple math was a burden. All I could think was “Finish, finish, finish” and a little “it’s pretty damn hot today, how soon can I take my shirt off without looking like a douche.”

  5. Haha you are hilarious JF! Good work though, you beat my time! (just this once though 😉 )
    My time was somewheres over 32 minutes. It was extremely hot, my rings were flying everywheres and I couldn’t take my tank top off lol. Really good hard work out though!

  7. 38:10 with jumping pullups off of 35lb plates, a 45lb plate on top of the box, and a 50lb kettlebell. Most of the pressure from the swings was managed by my good hand but things are definitely looking up.
