  1. Beautiful. I thought there were plans for an every minute on the minute though.

I only mention it because today is a rest day for me 🙂

  3. ….so instead of the Clean and Jerk every minute, you are resting every minute on the minute for the whole minute…..or until you can’t continue.

    • Decided to keep it the same as last time. Straight start to finish. Floor to overhead until done. No scheduled rest or “incentives” this time.

  22. Well, I can honestly say that yesterdays WOD was a tough one but fun.

Tom and I did Tuesday’s WOD during the 6pm session.
I used 70lb kettlebell, and jumped on stacked tires. My time was 27mins and change. Steve might have been right, but I think doing prescribed WOD may be possible under 20 min… but someone needs to prove it 🙂
We vote Jon do it again Friday lol.

After 20mins of feeling sorry for myself, I did today’s WOD with Tom and Amy.
I used 95lbs, and did it in 5:33mins….I somehow managed to beat my previous time by 20 seconds …
