For time:

  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Burpee Jump Over Medicine Ball
  • 20 Cleans to Front Squat (95/65)
  • 10 Bar Shoulder to Overhead (same bar)
  • 20 Cleans to Front Squat (95/65)
  • 30 Burpee Jump Over Medicine Ball
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 50 Box Jumps

    Apparently we had the option to use 96lbs but I used 95lbs for the Cleans/Front Squats/Shoulder-to-Overhead and I used a 20lb Med Ball for the jump overs 😉

    Last time (May 21) I did this in 23 minutes and change. I’ll spare the details for the 8-minute drop in time.

  2. 17 something, the clean and then squats were way harder than I would have thought and ate up a lot of time, awesome workout though, was a grinder for sure.

    I finished 17:51
    Jumped on stacked tires
    70lb KB
    and stuck with 95lb for Clean, F.Squat and Overhead.

  4. I did this in 28:?? – I used the 35lb KB, 20 inch box, and 65lb bar. I am with Ben, the Clean and F. Squats ate up a lot of time on this one. They were way harded then I expected.
