Benchmark WOD:

“Cindy”

20 Min AMRAP

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

Add complete rounds to the board at gym.

  3. Booo – I want to do this – but I have a fundraiser at Lunch and the Eclispe Movie Fundraiser tonight. I think I need a license plate that says “I’d rather be doing Crossfit”, like the license plates that say, “I’d rather be Hunting/Fishing”

  10. I decided to try and take a different approach. My goal was 20 rounds, 1 round per minute, approx 45 secs per round and take 15 secs to rest before next round started. Well after frying my hand a bit on the pull ups I got a little behind.
    Finished with 18 rounds. Will definitely abandon this approach next time. But needed to experiment
