There will not be a session tomorrow for Canada Day.

For Time:

Bar may not rest on ground, must rest on thighs or hip crease. If you need to re-grip it must be done in resting position.

If bar set on floor, you must perform 10 Burpee Pull Ups.

  • 100 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

Done properly, you can develop some big power with this movement.

    I could not hold on to my phone on the way back from the gym. Very hard on the forearms. I dropped the weight once for 10 burpee pull-ups.

    Found some interesting resting spots but managed to not drop the weight. No way I was doing burpee pull-ups!!

  5. 35:50… yeah I know. I kept dropping that stupid bar. Did around 70 burpee-pullups (give or take 10). But I’m pleased that I finished. Wasn’t going to let that bar beat me.
