  1. wish i wasnt sick!!!! over a week now!

  2. As some of you know, I follow some Crossfit Endurance WODs every now and then. This workout came up the other day, and I can’t stop thinking of it. Figure the best way to forget about it… is to actually do it:

    Sunday, 07.04.10: 10min on x 50min off x 24 Hours

    Complete ONE of the Following:
Swim, Bike, Run, C2, Or sport of choice.

At the Top of every Hour for 24 Hours, Do 10 Minutes of Maximum Distance Possible, Rest 50min and repeat for 24 Hours (Use the 50min between every effort to eat, sleep and recover.)

Going to start tonight at midnight. Thought I’d mix it up a bit by doing a little of all four exercises. Anyone interested in joining me?

  3. You’re crazy JF – absolutely crazy.

  4. JF – I’m not sure I follow. If the goal is max distance, why do anything other than biking? Is there some sort of point system based on the exercise?

  5. I did 10 rounds with 50 lbs on the KB and 115 lbs on the Press

  6. sounds awesome jf, keep us posted.

  7. Asked to sub horizontal pull ups for reg pull ups due to shoulder injury…What the h=ll was I thinking??
Good WOD but my body really hates me now.

  8. 8 rounds with 115 and 50lb KB

Greg, couldn’t find anything concerning point system, but most people doing CF Endurance usually only one domain (bike, run, row, swim) that they are working on, therefore they would only be concerned with that one area, and how much distance they can cover (judging there performance with previous scores)

  9. 9 rounds as rx’d with 60lbs kb. Good workout.
