Tabata “Hard” Core

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Between each movement, a RUN AROUND THE BLOCK.

Make it a fast one…

  • 8 Rounds of Body Bridge
  • 8 Rounds of Hollow/Supermans
  • 8 Rounds of V Snaps
  • 8 Rounds of Med Ball Sit Ups

Scoring will be based on total reps completed.

  1. Is this 3 runs around the block (just between the movements) or do we start and/or end with a run as well?
