Based on the lack of response to the potential WOD it was decided to not host one.

After this past week you would likely enjoy the rest days.

  3. I have to withdraw my previous enthusiasm. I’m pulling curtain for the KV players beauty and the beast, and today’s workout fried the grip in my left (bad) hand. I need to try and let that recover before tomorrow night.

    Right now I’m struggling to wrap my hand around the rope.

  5. Got back in town tonight. Really haven’t been doing much in the way of physical activity the past few days, so I’d really be up for a workout tomorrow.

  9. Bummed there was no workout today. Really wanted to get one in, so I went to the playground at Sam-de-Cham, did a workout that was posted recently on Main Site:

    Walking lunge 100 ft.
    21 Pull-ups
    21 Sit-ups
    Walking lunge 100 ft.
    18 Pull-ups
    18 Sit-ups
    Walking lunge 100 ft.
    15 Pull-ups
    15 Sit-ups
    Walking lunge 100 ft.
    12 Pull-ups
    12 Sit-ups
    Walking lunge 100 ft.
    9 Pull-ups
    9 Sit-ups
    Walking Lunge 100 ft.
    6 Pull-ups
    6 Sit-ups

    Took me 14:53 to finish. Wish I was faster, but still pleased with my performance.

    All sit-ups were unbroken
    Pullups were unbroken except for one stop in 15 and 12
    Pullups were done on a fat bar. That added a little bit of odd feeling in my wrists.
    Tan is coming along. Could use a little more exposure on the belly area, but pleased with the all around current skin tone.
    All in all: a good workout.
